As a group, CGG Group Holdings operates within the following framework and accepts applications for finance & funding – whether on a debt, debt– equity or equity basis – from applicants in the following sectors globally.

Partnering with indigenous farmers in the rural areas of Africa, the Americas, and Asia on a contract basis

 

Logistics Fulfilment | Freight Forwarding | Clearing | Distribution

This includes own airline, shipping line and road haulage operations.

Commodities Trading | Food Processing & Packaging

We provide Trade Finance in the form of Invoice Factoring | LC’s | Bridging Finance and purchase distressed assets ‘at sea’ subject to our stringent qualification criteria thereto. Through the AFC (Africa Farm Cooperative / Asian Farm Cooperative | Americas Farm Cooperative) we finance farmers in all sectors.

Consumer Store Cards | Credit | Loyalty Rewards.

CWAM Global finances all retail focused service providers and sales outlets that align with the CGG Group of Companies that are engaged in consumer retail services of all types, that subscribe as Merchant Partners to one of the CGG Group Companies, with bridging finance / merchant factoring / store & credit cards / term loans and finance / stock finance, along with vehicle, truck and plant equipment finance.

Property Projects

CWAM Global finances all manner of property developments, from residential estates, warehousing, commercial and mall developments, to infrastructure projects such as roads, dames and bridges, water and electrical reticulation as well as telecommunication and similar developments, agri- sector and logistics related developments.

CWAM is established in various countries primarily with the intention of providing finance, funding, insurance, and investments into CGG Group and CGG-Group aligned companies, funding and financing the CGG Group operations globally without restriction or recourse to conventional banking operations.

While the Group is aware that its own size and scope cannot fulfil all necessary activities, we also finance other entities whose activities align with our business model.


To qualify for funding and/or financing through the CWAM Global network, applicant business models must be aligned with those of the CGG Group, and applicants must associate and partner with one of the CGG Group companies.

All funding is conducted via the GlobeX Fund of Funds and sub-funds in the global capital markets. We view applications from the following entities:

  • All CGG Group Holding Entities and Member Companies globally.
  • All CGG Group Holdings associated enterprises and service providers.
  • All CGG Group contracted and / or outsourced partners in all sectors.
